Book Review: Art of Being Alone

      Hello readers, I’m back with another interesting self-help book: Art of Being Alone by Renuka Gavrani. The book is divided into two parts and contains eleven chapters. As the title suggests, it revolves entirely around the concept of solitude. Thank you, Yagndeep, for recommending this book to me. “Alone” simply means being physically separated from others.         There are two types of people: introverts and extroverts. Introverts prefer to live alone, while extroverts believe in living together with others.        People often think that being alone is a negative experience, but it can become a blessing if we truly understand ourselves and our goals—because then no one can interrupt us.
